Two jobs that sound the same can cost very different amounts. We give every customer a free, written quote after seeing the roof.
What affects the cost
The size and pitch of the roof, how easy it is to reach, whether scaffolding is needed, the materials chosen, the condition of the timbers underneath and how much old material must be removed and disposed of.
Comparing quotes
Check each quote covers the same work: scaffolding, materials, membrane, leadwork, waste removal and VAT. Ask what is excluded and what happens if extra damage is found once the roof is opened up.
